I was really proud to see these men perform. Later we approached them and they immediately recognized we’re Filipinos. I don’t know how but one of them spoke to us in Tagalog. They asked where in the Philippines we are from (thankfully they know Dumaguete) and asked us to take a photo with them. They were so friendly and it was so nice to hear people speak Tagalog after days of hearing people speak only Chinese and English.
